What is High Pressure Processing (HPP) and what we offer?

HPP is a technology that uses high pressures to eliminate bacteria and/or contaminants responsible for product oxidization and decomposition. Once bottled, your products are introduced into a chamber where cold water is injected at a very high pressure (equivalent to 6x the deepest part of the ocean) and the result translates to an extended 60 day shelf life.

What is Cold Press?

Cold-pressing is a relatively new juicing method, where the nectar of fruits and vegetables are extracted with a hydraulic press. Unlike other common juicing methods, there’s no heating involved with cold press, leading to optimal vitamin and mineral preservation.
